I have sent a letter regarding Mr. Bernie Bryant who did an outstanding job handling my needs. I inherited a small farm many years ago and had no need for it. I contacted another company in Jonesboro that essentially told me it would be extremely hard to sell because of the possibility it was landlocked and would require considerable costs to guarantee access. They stopped corresponding with me, so I waited a few months and then contacted Mr. Bryant. After reviewing the case, he came up with a solid plan to contact adjoining land owners to see if any of them might be interested. Within a couple of days, he had a buyer and the process went smoothly. Mr. Bryant kept me constantly informed of the proceedings. He did a splendid job and deserves all the credit for this successful sale.
